• If a booking is made via the website a deposit will need to be paid at the time of booking.
  • The required deposit is 50% of the tariff or the 1st weeks rent if booking is for more than 1 week plus the required booking fee.
  • All bookings must be confirmed with a payment within 7 days of making the booking.
  • A bond will be required to secure your reservation and is payable along with the tariff.
  • Any remaining balance needs to be paid 4 weeks before arrival, including the bond. Balances can be paid by Direct Deposit to our Trust Account.
  • Credit card (which will incur 1.5% credit card charge).
  • Keys can be collected and returned to our office- located 5/16 The Terrace, Brunswick Heads.
  • If vacating early we have a key return slot in our front glass door.
  • Normal check in time is 2pm.
  • If the property was unoccupied the week before your booking we are happy to give out keys earlier than the 2pm. However if tenants are vacating the same day as your check in and you need an earlier time, please advise the office and we will try and assist.
  • We are open  Monday to Friday 9am-5pm & Saturday 9am – 12pm. If you are arriving outside of these hours please notify the office and we will make arrangements with you to collect keys.
  • You will need to bring your own linen ie. sheets, towels, tea towels and pillow cases. Blankets and pillows are provided. If you need to hire linen you can contact Byron Bay Holiday Hire on 02 6685 6247. You will also need to bring your personal items such as toiletries, dishwashing liquid, washing powder etc.
  • Please report it to the office as soon as possible – you are responsible for all damages, breakages and loss incurred during the term of you occupancy. Where possible payment will need to be paid prior to vacating.
  • Yes. You are required to leave the premises clean, neat & tidy. Please ensure before your departure that all washing up is done and all garbage is wrapped and placed in the appropriate bin provided. Extra fees will be charged should the premises be left in an unsatisfactory condition.
